Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The coordinator will also assist with various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinator will also be responsible for prepping employee time for payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge and experience in HR management, including benefits administration and employee relations
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
• Some experience with recruitment and onboarding processes preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
