Teksystems is currently hiring for a Administrative Assistant in the Baltimore area!

MUST HAVE: Any healthcare administrative assistant experience preferably 3 years or more! Any credentialing administrative experience is preferred but not needed!

Description:

Will be working with the Patient Financial Services Team

Reviewing provider data to ensure accuracy

Pulling data & information from internal system to match with credentials

Ensuring provider credentials are up to date

Updating any missing information in system

Working with leadership to ensure daily/weekly metrics are being hit

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or higher

Ideal candidate will have 3 years working within an Administrative capacity within healthcare. Ideally within a patient financial services/credentialing/provider enrollment/patient access within an ADMN type function where they have strong computer skills/systems and know how to pull data/review data/make decisions based on the data given

Must have strong computer/communication skills-- will be using word, outlook, basic excel daily
