Oil & Gas company in the Galleria area seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a permament position, working if office, with a starting salary of $25-27/hr. We are seeking candidates that have current or recent experience utilizing Concur.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support inclucing, scanning, filing, kitchen / office supplies, etc
• Expense reports, event planning, travel
• Working with IT to assist with onboarding

Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative support
• Experience with Concur is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tech savvy overall
