Job Duties:
* Offer top-tier administrative assistance to the VP of Development, VP of Construction, Regional President, and other executives as necessary.
* Proactively organize and oversee executives' schedules, emails, calls, and communication, handling tasks like meeting coordination, material creation, and compiling monthly reports.
* Exhibit foresight in identifying potential challenges and conflicting priorities, taking proactive measures to guide the team through such situations.
* Coordinate and plan domestic travel, meetings, and events for the Leadership Team in the Southeast Region.
* Facilitate recurring meetings by preparing and updating documents requiring input from multiple team members, summarizing meeting minutes, and managing action items.
* Execute assignments efficiently under pressure, meeting short deadlines amidst frequent interruptions.
* Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with senior executives, organizational peers, and staff members, both internally and externally.
* Assist senior leadership in managing assignment timelines and ensuring follow-through.
* Assume the additional responsibility of serving as the primary backup to the Receptionist when necessary.
