Ultimate Care NY, a leading provider of in-home healthcare services, is seeking a Home Care HR Coordinator to join our team. For the past 20 years, Ultimate Care has been supporting thousands of New Yorkers through home health care services that meet their tailored needs. Our team is committed to providing quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our team is staffed with caring, compassionate professionals who put our patients first.

• Collaborate with the HR department in coordinating recruitment and staffing activities for home care professionals
• Ensure all new hires complete required training and certifications prior to assignment
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff, clients and the community to ensure quality of service is consistent with Ultimate Care's standards
• Maintain adherence to state and federal laws and regulations regarding licensing, certification and accreditation
• Proactively identify staffing issues and provide solutions that are aligned with Ultimate Care's policies

• Experience working in the home health care industry strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HR software and systems.

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
