Location: This is an on-site role and requires the candidate to be on-site at CB NYC office everyday. Please ensure the work location is regularly commutable for you.

About The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Temporary HR Compliance Specialist to partner with our HR compliance team on a few short-term projects. This temporary position will last approximately 3-6 months for between 20-40 hours a week, starting as soon as possible. The majority of the work will be done at our office space in NYC, requiring regular travel there over the 3-6 month period.

• Ability to work independently: You enjoy working independently while being an integral part of a greater HR team that is both on-site and remote.
• Detail orientation: Precision is your middle name. You have a sharp eye for detail and ensure data accuracy. You enjoy "being in the weeds."
• Compliance knowledge: You know the ins and outs of the HR back-office, including employee record keeping.

• Problem solving skills: Complex challenges don't deter you; you thrive on finding solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills: You're approachable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. You raise your hand when you have a question or need help.
• Workday Expertise: You know how to navigate Workday HCM.
• The ability to be able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate storage spaces.
• The authorization to work for any employer in the USA
