UltaCare Medical is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Nashville, TN

Position:
This is a sales position selling our healthcare services into skilled nursing and long-term care nursing homes. 
What We Seek:
We are in search of driven and resourceful salespeople who have established relationships within the nursing home sector. Whether you are currently involved in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, furniture, food service, or any other industry catering to nursing homes, we're interested in leveraging your existing networks in Tennessee. In the absence of existing relationships, we will consider proven salespeople with super past success in sales. 
Responsibilities:
  • Make in-person sales calls to staff of nursing homes and nursing home operator leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert your existing relationships into new business for UCM.
  • Forge new relationships that result in new business for UCM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in senior living facilities.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities for consistent sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales, with experience in long sales cycle environments. Includes achievement recognized in the form of awards from current and/or past employers.
  • Quick learner and comfortable producing fast results.
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in senior living facilities in Tennessee.
  • Comfortable and proficient in leveraging existing relationships.
  • Comfortable and proficient in developing new relationships and closing new relationships in the form of new sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop trust with clients.
  • Open to learning and using Al technologies for sales optimization.
  • Creative and resourceful in developing new sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and commitment to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and adaptable to different situations.
  • Not discouraged by being told no. Like most sales positions, you will fail more than you succeed, and we need individuals not deterred by the nos.
Compensation:
Salary plus commission compensation based on experience. This position is designed for performers who prefer having more commission than salary as they know they have higher earning potential that way. Starting salary in the 65-90k range. Each sale will range from 2k-16k/year. One sale each month is a commission worth between 24k-192k/year and you are not capped on how many sales you generate.
