We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a construction or sales background to join our staffing agency as a Construction Sales Executive. Your main focus will be selling our staffing services to construction companies in need of skilled tradesmen.
Responsibilities include
Business Development:
Identify potential clients in need of staffing services.
Research their industry and needs.
Generate leads through various channels.
Create and execute a sales plan.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client staffing requirements.
Educate clients about our services.
Present customized staffing solutions.
Analyze client needs and recommend suitable candidates.
Coordinate with recruiters for a smooth hiring process.
Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
Be the main point of contact for client inquiries.
Identify upsell opportunities with current clients.
Conduct regular check-ins and client reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with our recruiters to understand candidate qualifications.
Conduct final interviews with potential candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process.
Provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.

The salary is $40,000-$55,000 with an uncapped bonus structure. Sales executives on my team average $75-$125k their first year. We offer Benefits, 401k matching, PTO.
