Job Title: Office Assistant

Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You'll handle various administrative tasks, provide support to colleagues, and contribute to maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys multitasking, and has exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and shipping.

- Assist in organizing company events, including team meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.

- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

- Proven experience (minimum one year) in an administrative role or similar position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

- Experience with Epicor a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

- Must consent to and pass a pre-employment background check

Salary range: $18-20/hour
