THE GREAT PAY

This position earns a competitive wage of $14 - $17/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Answering incoming calls with a warm and friendly demeanor, you provide attentive assistance, address inquiries, and offer expert advice. Your exceptional organizational skills shine as you efficiently schedule customers, coordinating appointments that fit their needs.

With meticulous attention to detail, you handle data entry tasks, accurately documenting customer information and updating records.
