Job Summary:
The position of customer support representative performs duties directly related to the company's general business operations and exercised independent judgment in the coordination of projects from beginning to end.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer support experience desired with prior flexible packaging knowledge helpful.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, E-mail, ERP experience, etc.)
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
Essential Duties The following duties are an overview of the duties and responsibilities of the customer support representative and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
• Coordinates all aspects of projects from beginning to end.
• Enters and tracks quotes, analysis requests, orders, claims and samples using company approved software.
• Follows up regularly on quotes until order is received or opportunity is deemed lost.
• Coordinates the artwork process and serve as point of communication for customer on all aspects of art process.
• Maintains records of all inquiries, orders, etc. in company approved software with appropriate documents attached and maintains hard copies of inquiry records as appropriate.
• Interacts with customer on matters of significance to the Company.
