We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter, who wants to work in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and team-oriented, extremely reliable with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Respond to incoming calls with a focus on customer service and quality

· Enter orders

· Review orders

· Customer follow-up as needed

· Assist in-store customers with purchases and inquiries

· Receive payment by cash, check, credit/debit cards

· Develop, maintain and demonstrate a basic knowledge of current MFG products and services

· Must be a team player who is able to communicate well with all employees/departments

· Must be flexible to work hours, weekends and holidays as necessary

· Back up cashier as needed

Requirements include:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience in customer service a plus

Preferred Experience:

· Ability to communicate, both in person and over the telephone, displaying tact, diplomacy, patience and professionalism

· Proficient computer skills, able to type 35 words per minute, including Microsoft Office as well as various word processing and database management software programs

· Experience with cash register and cash handling

· Organization, attention to detail and accuracy in work

· Good follow up and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Collaborative and cooperative work style internally and externally with a “can do” attitude

· Excellent problem solver who sees solutions instead of obstacles

· Excellent attendance record

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
