Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Rep's in the Greenville, WI area. This is a temporary, on-site role, Mon-Fri, first shift- looking to pay $18/hr. Apply today!
JOB DUTIES SUMMARY:
- Assist customers or sales representatives with order inquiries as the first line of contact.
- Communicate via phone and email.
- Review order status to provide accurate information, as well as assist in problem resolution.
- Partner with internal departments or Supervisor on issues that need further escalation or troubleshooting.
- Build positive experiences for the customers and complete work promptly and in a professional manner.
- Receive and process customer order requests, document notes within the system, and review order statuses.
- High-volume customer service.
MUST HAVES:
- Prior customer service experience with strong problem resolution abilities.? ??
- Strong proficiency navigating computers (will work within multiple systems and screens).?
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
