Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CFO to achieve the following long-term objectives:
• Develop robust financial planning and analysis models to enhance visibility for management, aiding in more effective cost management and opportunity identification.
• Establish and document an internal control framework for both the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate in the creation of a financial data model to be utilized during the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Revise performance metrics for sales, operations, and shipping to integrate real-time data, facilitating the ongoing monitoring of company performance.
• Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly accounting tasks, facilitating a comprehensive and punctual financial close.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster a work environment that prioritizes and nurtures their professional development.
• Oversee the annual audit process, which includes a consolidated audit and two component audits in Dubai and Canada.
• Contribute to the establishment of a working capital management program and maintain forward-looking cash projections.
• Establish and actively participate in biweekly financial metrics meetings to review and analyze key financial performance indicators.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and other comprehensive reporting packets.
• Maintain an internal control environment to ensure the integrity and compliance of financial processes and operations.
• Assist in treasury management of all bank accounts.
• Furnish timely and accurate information to external tax compliance service providers to facilitate tax compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Position is held solely in the office five days a week as we work lock step with our distribution operations
• CPA license preferred
• At least 5 years of Accounting experience required
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Preferred availability for travel
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
• IFRS experience preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented
