- Support front desk receptionist with receiving guests and answering phone calls.
- Process and record transactions.
- Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues and questions.
- Assist families through registration process.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending bill reminders, and contacting customers to discuss their accounts.
- Assist customers in resolving outstanding balances.
- Generate reports for internal use.
- Assist with scholarship enrollment and invoicing.
