This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, creating credit memos, and working with the AR Team.

Responsibilities Include:

*Process Credits and Rebills, ensuring all revenue and cost is accounted for

*Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing disputes

* Work with appropriate staff to ensure orders are correct to capture accurate billing details

*Complete monthly balancing within ERP systems

*Calculate complex credit memos and reconcile any differences

* Post credit memos within ERP system

* Conduct research, as needed, to resolve invoice and credit memo disputes

* Maintain organized records

* Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure

* Cross-train to perform task of the Fanatics Wholesale Billing Specialist

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

*Bachelors Degree with 2 years experience in billing or A/R role

*Experience with D365 or Oracle

*Experience with FMS preferred

*Strong attention to detail is a must

*Broad accounting knowledge how use of GL accounts affect others downstream

*Intermediate knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Basic Word, Outlook, and other general computer knowledge

*Strong organization and time-management skills

*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

*Ability to work overtime when necessary
