Our client is an established General Contractor that specializes in cannabis design, engineering, and consultations. They assist in planning through construction. This will be a dual role of Project Management as well as some estimating.
- Duties: Reviewing job plans and keeping projects on time
- Establishing working relationships with subcontractors
- Following/Creating Gantt Charts
- Procuring Equipment when needed
- Qualifications:3 Years as a Project Manager or Estimator in Commercial Construction
- Must be familiar with construction software and proficient
- Have the ability to do estimating of projects
- Must be able to do a 2-3 project look ahead
This will be hybrid role-
Medical coverage will be covered 100% by the company
