This is how you will grow:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and project reporting of specific construction project(s)

• Provides leadership and is accountable for assistant project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, materialmen, scheduling, and budgets/financials associated with their project(s)
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for assistant project managers
• Create and maintain front end client communication on assigned projects
• Communicate with the Architect / Engineer of Record on design intent and construction recommendations
• Manage and participate in estimating efforts and bid solicitation
• Qualify subcontractor proposals and material quotes
• Prepare and submit formal proposals. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating bid review presentation.
• Monitor project progress, scheduling, budgets, and offer support to field staff
• Ensure profitability measures are consistently met on every project
• Schedule and maintain communication with clients throughout the duration of construction
• Foster and develop current policies and procedures for improvement
• Ensure projects are consistently meeting and exceeding profitability marks
• Ensure job processes are followed in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Proactively monitor progress of projects through updated schedules, reports, and cost analysis
• Successfully complete a timely closeout of each project

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering-or related field or equivalent experience
• PMP preferred 
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Manager role
• Familiar with SAP, Project Scheduling and Budget Management. 
• Prior experience in managing large Construction Projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel when necessary
