The Role

The Financial Analyst II at Tricolor Holdings will be able to develop, prepare, and analyze data for financial management, financial reporting, and treasury.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Develops, analyzes, and prepares periodic financial statements for timely distribution to management.
• Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Develops and implements dashboard reports using Business Intelligence Tool.
• Develops tools and reports for expense management – including assisting each department head on expense analysis.
• Assists with daily cash management and treasury functions.
• Assists with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and modelling.
• Prepares periodic presentations for management.
• Assists with related special projects as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a Corporate Finance, FP&A, or financial operations.
• Proficient in Oracle PBCS, SQL and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
