Since 1931, Triangle Sign Services has been a leader in brand management and customer engagement. We currently employ 120 people across 6 locations and due to continued growth, we are looking to add a National Service Coordinator to our team!
The National Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Managing designated national customer accounts and coordinating sign and/or lighting repair services using our nationwide network of installers
• Preparing quotations and purchase orders
• Updating databases
• Collecting completion documents and preparing invoices

Job Requirements

• Experience coordinating and scheduling service requests in the sign industry or a similar contracting industry preferred (i.e. facility services, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and good decision-making skills a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
