Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, Baltimore, MD

As one of our Service Coordinators, you’ll be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming calls and emails from customers and assisting with service scheduling and support. You’ll also work closely with our field technicians, accounting team and sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met.

What we’re looking for…

• Prior experience dispatching or experience working in customer service, office support, or call center environment. 
• Have computer skills and be able to use MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and have experience working in databases.
• Construction or facilities administrative experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume, office environment.

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check. 
• The ability to sit long periods of time, use your hands and fingers to work computer systems and keyboard, read, speak clearly and have frequent telephone and face-to-face conversations.
