Tri Tech Electronics is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Orlando, FL
- Support, secure, maintain company data and technological infrastructure requirements; equipment including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LAN's, WAN's, and network segments.
- Maintain firewall and other security systems. Manage data backup and retrieval processes.
- Repair, upgrade, and configure desktop computers, servers, and office peripherals.
- Provide technical assistance and remote computer support to end-users
- Perform administrative tasks on the server, such as managing user accounts, security permissions, group policies, and print services.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups, storage planning, and database performance.
- Computer security programs must have demonstrated working experience with various security systems and products to protect a medium-sized business. This includes firewalls, routers, and DNS servers.
- Network technology experience with wired and wireless network access points, switches, and plans.
- Knowledge of DoD compliance
- Certifications- Compton Server , Compton Security , Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Practical verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, troubleshoot & problem-solve.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP System and other related business software.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
Position Type/Work Schedule: This position is a part-time position, 27 hours. Monday - Thursday,
The start time is 6:00 am.
Travel: No travel for this position. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!!
