Description

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Create, edit and organize marketing-related content using AP style format.
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, content organization, and formatting are in accordance with DRMP’s writing guide.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain the integrity of marketing data.
• Utilize CRM system to maintain marketing data accuracy and availability; generating reports as needed. 
• Register and maintain firm prequalification and vendor registrations for various agencies
• Support the marketing team on special requests or initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and writing skills: experience with technical writing or a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to execute multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Can-do attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Adobe InDesign.
• Working knowledge Deltek Vision or other CRM system experience is a plus.
