Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and fostering customer relationships within the community. You will have the opportunity to engage with medical clinics, over 65 communities, and various events to promote our services.

Responsibilities:

- Visit medical clinics and communities to generate leads and establish connections.

- Attend and cover community events to promote our services.

- Work closely with coordinators and community partners to maximize outreach efforts.

- Call leads to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.

- Serve as a liaison between the sales department and potential clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Proven experience in marketing and customer service.

- Knowledge of the health insurance industry, preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Willingness to engage in both office and field work.

- Fast learner with a passion for helping others.
