A Snapshot of Your Day

The Strategy and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving critical initiatives within the Service Sales Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs to support the company's goals. Every day will be different, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and drive impactful campaigns. This is a hybrid role where you'll have flexibility to work in the office 3 days/week and remote for 2 days. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategy development, marketing program management, and a passion for achieving results!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and drive best practices to optimize the internal sales proposal process.
• Lead and manage strategy related projects, including defining timelines, setting objectives, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate the creation and development of digital tools to support and increase the efficiency of the sales teams.
• Organize quarterly update meetings with executive management.
• Generate and maintain reference sales and marketing documentation for the group.
• Develop and drive to completion strategic marketing programs aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment across departments.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or similar degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales or marketing experience is preferred; experience with power and energy industry is also preferred!
• Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, with strong emphasis using Power Point is required.
• Some project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings.
• Proactive approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes to get results.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
