As an IT Customer Support Specialist at Far Out Solutions, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer relations. Your role involves not just resolving technical issues but also building enduring relationships with our clients. You will ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through expert support and continuous engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and drive retention strategies.
  • Identify technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Onboard and train customers, enhancing product familiarity and usage.
  • Promote product adoption and facilitate its expansion among users.
  • Collect feedback, advocating for customer-driven product improvements.
  • Conduct insightful business reviews and deliver data-driven feedback to our teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience in the IT industry.
  • Deep technical knowledge of company products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and innovate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • Technical support: 2 years (Required)
  • Help desk: 1 year (Required)
