OverviewTRC Companies is seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Human Resources in California. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Director will oversee all aspects of HR operations for CTS, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a proven track record of driving organizational success through effective HR initiatives.
This position will be based in Santa Monica and will support a hybrid work model.
