At FIGS, our people are critical to our success every day. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will be a champion of FIGS values and culture. In this role, the HRBP will partner with our business leaders and team members, building strong teams across FIGS. This leader will provide strategic and tactical guidance on organizational development, assessing and anticipating departmental needs. The HRBP is a subject matter expert that will provide a fantastic experience to our cross-functional partners, drive retention, and provide a best-in-class people experience to all team members. This role will report into our Vice President of Human Resources.
