The team at Trans Lease is growing! We are looking to add a Staff Accountant to our team at our northwest Denver office location. Compensation for this role is base salary plus 10% bonus!

• Prepare supporting schedules and documents for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintain and update the general ledger to accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review and address customer questions regarding account discrepancies.
• Record customer transactions including contract initiation, payments, terminations, funding, etc.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Assist with various sales tax or related audits.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
• Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Working knowledge of multi-state sales, use and property taxes

• Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000
• Bonus Eligibility: Yes – eligible for 10% bonus of base salary
