Position: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay 19-25/hour
  • Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, and employee assistance programs

  • Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
  • Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, identify and assess the customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received
  • Dispatch and Debrief service technicians after completion of each call
  • Organize dispatch board/technicians' schedule
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow-up on pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
  • Learn the HVAC business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Dispatching experience
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • HVAC industry knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

  • Climate-controlled Office setting.
