Pay & Benefits:

• Base Salary 7 0 -100K DOE
• Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, and employee assistance programs
• 401k with company matching
• Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
• Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Plans and oversees the mitigation and restoration process of various reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Manage projects during the remediation phase through the reconstruction phase
• Communicate daily schedule with customers, office, and technicians
• Schedule in-house labor, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors, and track hours daily
• Track materials/equipment being used on the project
• Set a budget for restoration jobs and track to ensure profitability
• Collect progress payments and final payments from customers

Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Water Mitigation/Restoration/Reconstruction
• Xactimate experience required
• Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Project Managers may travel to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle.
• Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
