Responsibilities:
- Plans and oversees the mitigation and restoration process of various reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Manage projects during the remediation phase through the reconstruction phase
- Communicate daily schedule with customers, office, and technicians
- Schedule in-house labor, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors, and track hours daily
- Track materials/equipment being used on the project
- Set a budget for restoration jobs and track to ensure profitability
- Collect progress payments and final payments from customers
Qualifications:
- 4 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Water Mitigation/Restoration
- Xactimate experience required
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Project Managers may travel to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle.
- Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
