We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined and organized individual who can join our growing team as a Project Manager to oversee projects through their life cycle, from Mitigation to Reconstruction. We will provide all the tools needed for this individual to succeed.

Must have Restoration Industry experience in mitigation and reconstruction, have a understanding of insurance claims process and have a good working knowledge of Xactimate estimating. Summary:

Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet

company standards.

Responsibilities:

· Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner

· Building estimates using Matterport software into production

· Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts

· Assisting customers through the insurance claims process

· Ensuring through effective liaison relationship, insurance adjuster approves estimate

· Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers

· Inspection of job sites on a regular basis

· Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff and leadership

· Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations

· Maintaining safety standards at all times

· Completion of all applicable compliance tasks in DASH on a daily basis.

Qualifications

· Two or more years of Project Management experience in a related field.

· Exceptional customer service skills

· BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Project Management or similar field preferred
