E&E Industries is a Veteran and Family Owned, Material Handling Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Company based in San Diego. E&E has served our commercial and military customers for over 40 years. We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, excellent-communicator, and hardworking individual to serve as the primary contact, coordinate, manage information flow and dispatch Service Technicians. This position is a vital link between our Service Technicians, sales, customers, and internal support staff. The duties for this position include but are not limited to: schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily work orders for Technicians (internal and external work order flow), communicate with customers, coordinate with internal staff for planning services, inputting work order data into service tool, answer phones and assist with customer service, monitor daily sales, process new customer applications, and make accounts receivable calls. This is an exciting position for the right individual to come into a growing operation and help put their stamp onto the company. Future growth within the company is always an option. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour. Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: One location – San Diego

Job Qualifications 

  • Minimum Education: High school or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor Degree – Preferred)
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of customer service experience - Required
  • Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience - Highly Desired
  • Strong Organizing and Planning Skills

Skills

  • Strong verbal and writing skills to communicate clearly and effectively in English (Spanish – a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills for planning and coordinating people and information
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Multitask

Job Requirements

  • Coordinates customer service requests and technician schedules
  • Keeps customers and internal stakeholders informed
  • Tracks technician work order assignments in a service tracking tool
  • Keeps records of requests and services
  • Handles emergency situations
  • Keeps records, monitors, reviews technician’s daily work orders, sales orders and time cards for congruency 
  • Schedules and dispatches technicians to the appropriate locations according to customer requests and according to work orders or specifications
  • Monitors technicians and vehicle locations
