LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Collections Customer Service Representative to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and resolving outstanding balances. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers/clients via phone, email, and mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans. Your primary objective will be to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively collecting outstanding debts.Key responsibilities include:Initiating contact with customers to discuss overdue accounts and identify reasons for non-paymentNegotiating repayment plans or settlements in accordance with company policies and proceduresProviding exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and offering solutions to meet customers' financial obligationsDocumenting all interactions and updating account information accurately in the company's databaseCollaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutionAdhering to legal and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practicesQualifications:Highschool diploma or equivalent is requiredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office SuiteMaintain confidentiality and ability to resolve complex issuesWorking Hours:Monday-Friday40 hours per week8:00am-5:00pm PSTDetails:OnsiteContract-to-hire roleLocated in Poway, San DiegoCompensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour DOEIncentives when brought on permanentIf you have the qualifications above and are interested in this opportunity, then please apply now.
