Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20 to $21 per hour
Location: Onsite, San Diego
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Support inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
Make outbound calls to existing accounts
Create customized campaigns and monitor results
Review the level of service per account and provide customer recommendations
Additional clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements:
1 years of proven customer service experience or related experience
1 years of social media marketing experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
