Eastridge is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near San Diego, CA

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a global company that manufactures, distributes, and sells paints, coatings, floor coverings, and related products. This opportunity offers an 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions.
  • This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.
  • Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build positive relationships with customers Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Assist with moving and loading product
  • Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software/systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
