Pacific Highway Storage is seeking additional talent for our Customer Service Team to provide exceptional service and addressing inquiries. Join us and become the friendly face our customers rely on.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist both new and loyal tenants with a friendly demeanor.
• Engage in sales activities without the need for cold calling.
• Handle customer concerns effectively, finding solutions that leave everyone satisfied.
• Answering and returning incoming calls in a professional manner.
• General office and clerical duties.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of our space with light cleaning tasks.
• Walking the property multiple times a day.
• Play a vital role in maintaining inventory control.

Skills:

• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently or part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proper e-mail etiquette.
• Basic money handling skills.
• Punctuality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take and implement constructive criticism.
• Bilingual a plus.

Work schedule:

• It will start at 4 days but can potentially go to 5 days.
• Fridays (8 hours 1 hour lunch).
• Saturdays (8 hours/1 hour lunch),
• Sundays (7 hours/ ½ hour lunch)
• Mondays (8 hours/ 1 hour lunch).
