We are looking for a Dispatcher responsible for creating, dispatching, updating, and closing out service requests.
Your specific duties will include:
Answering incoming phone calls.
Reviewing and responding promptly to all internal and external customer communications.
Opening service requests in a timely manner.
Dispatching, updating, and closing out service requests.
Providing miscellaneous reports.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
1-year Dispatch or call center experience
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 an hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
