TradeLink is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day functions of our accounts payable department. This position works on-site with the opportunity for some remote work, and will primarily be responsible for completing daily invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

• Filing open and paid invoices,
• Opening and scanning mail, and processing all items received
• Analyzing and entering invoices in accounting system
• Inputting payments via the banking portal
• Reconciling vendor invoices and accounts
• Communicating and resolving vendor discrepancies
• Coding of invoices

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player and quick learner
• At least 1 year office experience is preferred
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
• Must have excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Must be motivated and able to maintain positive relationships with all customers

Part-time: 12-16 hours/week

(Business office hours are Monday-Friday; 7a-4p)
