Trackhawk GPS is a GPS tracking company in Houston, Texas. We offer advanced GPS tracking products & services for personal and commercial use. We are looking for a service technician that can join our team to handle the influx of support calls that we receive daily. The ideal candidate is motivated, timely, proactive, and has a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities –

· Troubleshoot issues customers across the country are experiencing with their device.

· Write SOPs to handle different customer scenarios.

· Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

· Offer our customers a world-class customer support experience and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

Experience –

· A minimum of 1 year of experience as a mechanic, car stereo installer (12v technician), or any other electronic repair experience

· Problem solving experience as it relates to vehicles or electronics.

Skills –

· Strong verbal skills and is customer focused.

· A basic level of understanding and competence with computers.

· Ability to work independently.

· Must have the willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
