JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support/Sales Executive. Duties include to:

• Ensure client satisfaction by engaging with clients and assisting with fault-finding and break/fix at all levels of complexity. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.
• Test installations and assist with fixing performance issues of installed software, escalating problems, where applicable;'
• Carry out routine server and network maintenance tasks, including setting up and maintaining back-up systems for desktops and file servers;
• Assist field personnel in providing remote and on-site customer support and services;
• Analyse issues and develop resolutions in a timely fashion;
• Supervise all product installation and the related repair and maintenance activities, when required;
• Attend educational workshops and training sessions to develop sufficient knowledge to conduct field support activities;
• Participate in industry events, conferences, meetings, etc, to develop business networking and references;
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and developments.

To Qualify:-

• Relevant experience in a similar role required.
• A solid understanding of Technical knowledge and sales.
• Full (clean) Driving License.
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience as an Technical Support and Sales

· Knowledge of Technical tools

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Strong multitasking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

· Driving license is essential
