TP 2023, LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming order requests from customers, via phone, fax, email, voice mail and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain Interoffice emails daily.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question.
- Assist interoffice personnel (Sales Reps, Buyers) along with customers concerning their ordering needs and/or request.
- Follow up on daily assigned task presented to each individual Rep.
- Process product retrieval slips as well as credits if requested.
- 1st & 2nd Shift including weekends.
