We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in people management, project management and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Improves & sustains processes that ensure cases are prepared accurately and efficiently, meeting internal & external deadlines. Performs audits to ensure policies are being followed and operating as intended
• Collect, track and analyze data for informed-decision making and regular monitoring & reporting by ensuring KPI dashboards are completed accurately biweekly
• Oversees weekly, monthly & annual tasks including, but not limited to, assigning cases/interviews/hearings, case audits, and closing cases
• Maintains and improves human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Manages the recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and daily supervision of team members to ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients and compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Maintains the payroll system using RUN Powered by ADP and implements employee benefits program
• Collaborates with other members of the leadership team to create a positive, accountable, performance-oriented, fun & collaborative culture focused on our firm mission and values
• Develops and implements safety and security protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the marketing, client services, and consultation teams to ensure projections are met to meet revenue goals
• Manage budget and expenses to make recommendations to increase firm profitability
• Oversees and participates in cash management, budgeting, billing, collections, and vendor payments for law firm
• Manages IT

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
