We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our team of Health and Fitness Club Member Services Representatives!
As a Member Services Representative, you will enrich lives each day by warmly welcoming and directing all incoming members and guests, as well as serving as a “go-to” person for fitness club members, residents, guests, and team members who have questions or need assistance.
In addition to providing excellent hospitality to club members and visitors over the telephone and at the Member Services desk, our team of Member Services Representatives is also responsible for duties such as ensuring that the fitness equipment, locker rooms, and aquatic center are exceptionally clean and safe; testing the chemical levels in the pool and spa on a regular basis, and providing towel/laundry service.
Club membership is open to Touchmark residents, as well as adults in the greater community aged 50 and over, and members enjoy a wide range of activities and classes that can positively affect age-related conditions and encourage lifelong health and wellness. All programs are tailored to individual levels of ability, skill, and personal fitness goals. A long list of amenities is also offered, including an indoor heated pool, a group exercise studio, one-on-one personal training, a fully-equipped fitness studio, massage therapy, and a NeuroCom Balance Master system.

This position is for a Saturday, part-time day shift opening.
Requirements:- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a busy setting, or similar experience in a customer service or hospitality position
- Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude towards fitness for all age groups
- Be comfortable answering phones while greeting and providing information to members
- Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
