Grateful Heart Veterinary Hospital, is a state-of-the-art Veterinary clinic located in the bustling Eliot neighborhood on North Vancouver Ave. We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our animal care team. In this administrative role, you answer phones, check in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments and assist our medical team on an as-needed basis with simple tasks. Excellent customer service, strong attendance history, experience with animals in a clinic environment and computer skills are required.

This position has the opportunity for advancement for a person who has experience and potential to move into a Front Desk Lead position.
