We are hiring a part-time front desk receptionist for our clinic in Tigard, OR
We are looking for a professional energetic individual to join our team as a patient coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for our clinic. Responsibilities include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome clients and greet people who visit the business. You will help schedule patients, clean and maintain treatment rooms, and support the Acupuncturists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products. Expectations of 60-75 wpm.
- Demonstrates gentle and empathetic attitude while maintaining professional ethic and patient confidentiality.
- Maintains professional attitude and appearance, high integrity, responsibility, compassion and motivation.
- Handles patient care in a courteous, prompt, helpful manner adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Coordinates patients care. Obtains, verifies, and updates patient information and provides support services to patients and team staff.
- Utilizes practice management software to schedule patients for appointments and electronic health records.
- Answers telephone and provides information to patients and staff. Hands-on experience with office equipment for clerical duties (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Order and maintains an adequate supplies and products.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions. Communication skills that enable effective relationships with patients, and staff. Great active listener.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Be able to lift 25 lbs and utilize stairs easily.
- Customer service oriented attitude. Works well alone and as a Team Player.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growing practice with great staff.
- Willingness to be on camera and help with social media growth
- Willingness to gain valuable clinical and business experience!
About Our Clinic:
· Our clinic is in Tigard, OR (We relocated from Lake Oswego, OR 2016) and have been in business since 2013
· We currently have two Acupuncturists, two licensed massage therapists, and an office manager
· Our staff provide incredible support to our Acupuncturists as well as superior customer service to our clients
· Weekly team meetings
· Workplace with high employee and customer satisfaction
