JobDescription :
We are currentlyseeking a Customer Service representative for our newly rebrandedcompany As a Customer Service representative you will play a vitalrole in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellentrelationships with our valued customers.
You will be responsiblefor providing exceptional customer service addressing inquiries andconcerns and assisting customers with their orders.
JobResponsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and onlineplatforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders providing productinformation and offering personalized recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigatingthe cause identifying appropriate solutions and taking thenecessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions andtransactions.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments such as sales production and shipping to meet customerneeds and expectations.
- Communicate andcoordinate with customers regarding order updates shipping detailsand any potential delays or issues.
- Upselladditional products or services to customers whenappropriate.
- Provide feedback and suggestionsto improve overall customer experience and internalprocesses.
EssentialQualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to multitaskand prioritize effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Experience :
- Prior experience in a customer service rolepreferably in a retail or online environment.
- Experience in the apparel industryor familiarity with custom apparel products is a plus.
- Knowledge of order processing and fulfillmentprocedures.
- Experience with upselling andcrossselling techniques.
