About Us:
We are a 4-Doctor, AAHA Accredited, veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We provide care for a variety of pets including cats/dogs, small animals, exotics, and avians!
Our team works hard to ensure we maintain a great culture promoting positivity, collaboration, and open communication. Monthly staff meetings are held to ensure we are on the same page, bring up new ideas, and discuss any relevant topics happening in the moment. In addition, the Hospital Manager schedules monthly 1:1’s to check in with each team member individually – they want to know how YOU are doing and hear your ideas.

About You:
You are a customer service representative that understands and is able to perform the foundational basic of the CSR role. Job responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, collect payment from clients, address client questions, and working collaboratively with veterinarians and staff to provide excellent client service and veterinary care. Prior experience working in a veterinary setting is required. Experience with AviMark a plus.
