Role:
The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics while providing excellent customer service. This role enters and manages customer orders, manages the movement of goods in and out of the facility, and responds to customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Order Processing:

• Receive and enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain an accurate ship date on all customer orders.
• Correspond with customers regarding inquiries for order status, product availability, shipping details, and any other questions to promote customer satisfaction.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination:

• Supervise our internal driver & ensure regulatory compliance.
• Arrange all inbound freight at the most cost-effective rate to meet internal material requirements and all outbound freight to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate all transfer activities between locations and 3rd party providers including a time-sensitive, daily lane to/from Milwaukee.
• Keep an accurate dock schedule for all activities.
• Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and costs.

Reporting/Documentation:

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports including left on dock, projected revenue, shipping costs, KPIs, and missed shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Must have advanced knowledge of Google and/or MS Office Suite
• Must speak English; Spanish a plus
