Role: The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics while providing excellent customer service. This role enters and manages customer orders, manages the movement of goods in and out of the facility, and responds to customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities Include: Order Processing:
Receive and enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain an accurate ship date on all customer orders.
Correspond with customers regarding inquiries for order status, product availability, shipping details, and any other questions to promote customer satisfaction.
